All patients requiring extensive treatment will receive a comprehensive treatment plan with an estimate of costs. Written estimates can also be provided for simpler treatments on request.
Payment is usually required on the day of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, cheque and card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of an appointment and a fee may be charged for missed appointments, or for those cancelled at short notice.
